Come and meet Dave Huse, owner and wine-maker for Five Star Cellars in Walla, Walla, Washington, at the Dover Wine Company followed by a fabulous dinner put on by Chef Koz and Company. Dave just received 90+ point ratings in Wine Spectator for ALL three wines that he produces. Irish influence that night will be a must!
